Currency and order totals
Unira displays prices in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum purchase. Any applicable tax, discounts and the final amount due are displayed at checkout before payment.
Available payment methods
Use one of the payment methods displayed in the checkout for your order. Availability can vary by device, browser and payment provider. A wallet or card logo elsewhere on the site does not guarantee that method will be offered for every order.
Payment authorisation
Use a payment method you are authorised to use and enter accurate billing information. Processing begins after payment is confirmed. Your payment provider may ask you to complete authentication or may display a pending authorisation before a transaction is final.
Payment problems
If a payment is declined or interrupted, check the billing details and payment-provider messages before trying again. Contact your provider for a decline reason. If you are unsure whether an order was placed or see a possible duplicate charge, contact us with your order reference, the transaction date and amount. Do not email full card numbers or security codes.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. For returned products, we issue the full refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the return; your provider may take up to 7 additional business days to post it. See the Returns and Refunds Policy.
