These terms apply to purchases from Unira at unira.shop and use of our online store. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Please read these terms together with our shipping, returns, payment and privacy policies.

Using the store

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or the permission and supervision required by applicable law. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, upload unlawful material or use another person's account without permission.

Product information and availability

Read the description, selected variant, specifications and care information for the particular product before ordering. Photographs show the product and its features, but screen settings can affect colour appearance. We do not promise outcomes that are not stated and substantiated for that model. Product availability is shown on the product page and checked during checkout.

If we identify a material error in a product description, price or availability after an order is placed, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not substitute an unrelated product without your agreement.

Prices, payment and order totals

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free for all US orders, with no minimum purchase. Applicable taxes, discounts and the final total are displayed at checkout before payment. Payment methods depend on what is available in the checkout for your device and order. See our Payment Policy.

Any promotion must state its applicable conditions. A discount or sale label does not change your return rights. Order confirmation acknowledges your order; shipping confirmation provides the dispatch update.

US fulfilment and delivery

We ship from our US warehouse to US addresses only. Handling takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 4–7 business days in transit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Read our Shipping Policy for delivery, address-change and shipping-claim assistance.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated handling period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a refund. Contact us for a lost or damaged shipment; we will assist with the carrier investigation.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Request cancellation promptly before an order is processed or shipped. If dispatch cannot be stopped, you may use our return process. See the Cancellation Policy.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. All products are eligible in any condition, including used, opened and sale items. Return shipping is free with the prepaid label emailed by Unira. We issue full refunds to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after receiving the return, and the provider may need up to 7 additional business days to post it. Product use and support

Use each product only for its described purpose, within its stated electrical rating and with the listed compatible accessories. Stop using a damaged device or one that causes discomfort. Contact Unira with the product name and your order number when you need assistance. Product descriptions are not medical advice and do not replace advice from a qualified professional.

Website content and external services

Unira branding and website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Other product or service names remain the property of their owners. Links to payment, delivery or other external services may be provided to complete or support your order; those providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and shared. We use the contact details supplied with your order for order-related service messages. Marketing choices can be managed separately through unsubscribe links and available privacy controls.

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not limit your statutory consumer rights or make a choice of court that removes protections available to you. Please contact us first about an order or service concern so we can investigate and work toward a resolution.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The date above identifies this version. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the terms or return rights applicable to an order you have already placed.
