This policy explains how Unira collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit unira.shop, make a purchase or contact our support team. Shopify hosts the store and provides services used to operate it.

Information we collect

Contact and account information: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and information you provide when creating or using an account.
Order information: products and variants ordered, payment and transaction status, order history, delivery details, and return or refund records.
Support information: messages and attachments you choose to send by email, contact form or store chat.
Device and website activity: browser and device information, IP address, pages and products viewed, interactions and identifiers collected through cookies or similar technologies, subject to applicable consent and privacy controls.

Payment providers process payment credentials through checkout. Do not send full card numbers, account passwords or other sensitive payment credentials to customer support.

How we use information

We use information to process payments and orders; arrange delivery; provide tracking and support; manage returns, refunds and shipping claims; maintain accounts; detect fraud and protect the store; understand and improve website performance; and meet legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.

Where permitted by law and your choices, we may use information to provide marketing, measure advertising performance and show relevant products or offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails without stopping service messages about an existing order.

Who receives information

Although we deliver orders only within the United States, Shopify and other service providers may process information in other countries. Applicable safeguards and legal requirements govern those transfers.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale or sharing activities.
