Shipping policy

Unira fulfils orders from our United States warehouse and delivers within the United States only. We do not offer international delivery.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum purchase. Product prices are in US dollars. Any applicable tax and the final order total are displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery times

Handling: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Transit: an estimated 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Total: an estimated 5–10 business days, including handling and transit.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends or public holidays enter processing on the next business day. Times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We do not currently offer a paid express-delivery option.

Order confirmation and tracking

Use an email address you can access when ordering. We send order and shipping updates by email and provide tracking information when available. You can also contact us with your order number if you need help locating a parcel.

Delivery addresses and changes

Review your address and contact details before paying. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. We can make changes before an order is processed or shipped; once dispatch has occurred, changes depend on the carrier. We will explain the available options before taking further action.

Delays, missing parcels and shipping claims

If tracking stops updating, the estimated delivery period has passed, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact Unira. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the shipping claim. Customers are not required to manage the claim alone.

If we cannot ship within the stated handling period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a refund. If the parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, keep the packaging if practical and let us know. Photos may help our investigation, but are not a condition of your return or refund rights.

Returns after delivery

All products, including sale items and opened or used products, can be returned within our 30-day return window. Return shipping is free. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for the full process.
