Which head should I choose?

The wider body-trimmer head is for larger grooming areas. The smaller round cutter is for smaller areas and detail work. Both fit the same handle. Turn the device off before changing heads.

Does it shave or pull hair from the root?

It cuts hair using shaving and trimming heads. It is not an IPL device or a tweezer-style epilator.

Is it cordless and rechargeable?

Yes. It operates from a rechargeable battery. The listed charging time is up to 2 hours and listed runtime is 51–90 minutes. Runtime varies with use and battery condition. Keep the charging equipment and connection dry.

Which colour will I receive?

Select Blue or Pink in the product options before adding the item to your cart. Each colour is supplied as the two-head grooming set.

How do I use and clean the shaver?

Fit the chosen head with the device switched off. Move it gently over the intended area without pressing hard; do not use it on broken or irritated skin. Switch off after use and remove loose hair from the cutting head. Keep the charging connection dry and disconnect charging equipment before cleaning.

How do returns work for this product?

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@unira.shop with your order number. Opened, used and sale items are eligible. We email a free prepaid label and instructions. Send the parcel to the address on that label. Refunds are issued within 7 calendar days after receipt; your provider may need up to 7 additional business days.
